We need your help to reach our goal of $285,714 in pledges toward a new library building through the Community Service Program (CSP) Tax Credit Incentive from the State of Kansas.
Thanks to generous community support, we’re only $27,500 away from being fully pledged!
✨ Why It Matters:
We’re applying for $200,000 in Kansas state tax credits. Through this program, Kansas taxpayers—whether individuals or businesses—receive a 70% state tax credit on their donation. The remaining 30% may be federally tax-deductible, making your net out-of-pocket cost significantly reduced.
💡 Example:
A $10,000 pledge provides a $7,000 Kansas tax credit and a potential federal deduction on the remaining $3,000.
✅ Bonus: If your tax credit exceeds your Kansas tax liability, the credit is refundable and transferable—meaning you can receive a refund or may transfer the credit. (Please consult with your tax professional to understand how this applies to your specific tax situation.)

Pledge letters are non-binding—no funds are required at this stage
