April is National Poetry Month and while we may not have a reading challenge for you we do have a fun Poetry contest for you!

๐Ÿ“ข Blackout Poetry Contest! โœ๏ธ๐Ÿ“–

The Dudley Township Library invites you to get creative with blackout poetry! Pick up a discarded book from the library, select any one page, and craft a unique poem or story by blacking out wordsโ€”leaving only the ones that shape your vision.

โœ” Attach your name to the back of your entry.

โœ” Multiple entries per person are welcome!

โœ” Keep it clean! Poems should be Rated G and suitable for all ages.

All submitted poetry will be displayed at the library throughout May, where visitors will vote for their favorite. Get creative, have fun, and let the blackout magic begin!
